Eligibility for exchange:
Only items damaged during shipping qualify for an exchange of the same item.
Time Frame:
The return form must be completed and submitted within 12 hours of receiving the product. A picture of the damaged item must be attached to the return form.
Process:
After the return form is submitted, it will be processed, and a return file number along with further instructions will be sent to your email.
Returns:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A refund for the return shipping amount will be issued to the original form of payment once the item is received and approved. The tracking number for the product return must be emailed to support@magicpuff.ca. After the original product is received and inspected by magicpuff.ca, an email notification regarding the status of your exchange will be sent.
Warranties:
Warranties are provided exclusively for digital scales, vaporizers, and batteries. The warranty is valid for up to 7 days from the date the item is received by the customer. The return form must be completed and submitted within this period.
Please be aware that Magic Puff reserves the right to refuse any exchanges that do not meet the specified criteria or seem to be intentionally damaged or abused.
